Zebra Hosting started in 1982 and went up with the first rise of the internet. Founded by Cannes Lion award winning commercial director of photography and camera-operator Bastiaan Houtkooper, who felt the need to present visual material online which no companies were really equipped to provide.

From creating his first websites, impressed friends and colleagues started asking for the same kind of presentations. Zebra Hosting started to setting up servers and helping others to build their presence online.
